Personal or small-group exercise sessions tailored to suit people of all shapes, sizes and abilities.
Exercise Physiology Services:
Holistic monthly health program can also be tailored to suit everybody. The aim is to help you to learn how to eventually take self-control of your health and fitness. A general outline of the program is below, for further details contact KO Health.
Monthly program includes:
- Initial consultation: Client – Exercise Physiologist discussion to create a solid understanding of the client and establish health history, current health status, health goals and in some cases health progress (approximately 1 hour duration).
- Program design: Individualised holistic health program is designed by the exercise physiologist based on the outcomes of the initial consultation (program will be ready for delivery within 1 week of consultation).
- Program delivery: Exercise physiologist explains, demonstrates and helps the client to fully understand the program (approximately 1 hour duration).
- Program duration: The client takes the program and applies it themselves to fit within their current lifestyle. The exercise physiologist is available throughout the program via phone or email to provide support or advice whenever required (program lasts for 4 weeks).

Kurt Ogilvie completed a bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation degree from the University of Wollongong in 2006. He also has Certificate III and IV Fitness qualifications from Shellharbour TAFE and is a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach. On top of gaining experience in the health and fitness industry, he has also forged a successful career in the sport of hockey, as an athlete at International level and a coach at a National level.
